No - there is no problem with that. If you have the right skillset and prioritization available in house, you can get it done with your own development team. It might sometimes take slightly longer to implement with the in-house team though. You may also have to ensure some monitoring in case of website changes, and maintenance or upgrades whenever new versions of Conversion API are released by Snap.
