Implementation and Project Management Process

This document outlines the process for implementing Snapchat Pixel + Conversion API for Web for Advertisers referred to Datahash from Snap. This comprehensive guide ensures efficient operation, end-to-end visibility, and a streamlined experience for advertisers, Snap and Datahash.


Project Management Assets

  • Program Manager & Team: A dedicated program manager will oversee the entire project, serving as the primary point of contact. A Team of Tech Ops Engineers for end-to-end delivery & support.
  • Lead Form for Snapchat’s Call Centre Team:  A form collecting comprehensive requirements for Pixel implementation + CAPI related requirements that collects all the relevant information. Click here to access the Lead Form
  • Post Implementation Monitoring & Support Channels: a communication channel (e.g., Zoho Desk) for real-time updates, resolving queries, and ensuring transparency. Active alerts if quality of integration is affected.



  • Business Operations Reporting: Dashboard will be provided to Snap, detailing progress, completed implementations, and any encountered challenges.



  • Partner Training: Training materials will include presentation slides, detailed guides, and FAQs for future reference. (Documents / Videos repositories)



Execution Process

This process focuses on a seamless transfer from your call center to our execution team, ensuring advertiser satisfaction and high-quality CAPI implementation:



Call Center Intake:

  • Snapchat Call Center:
    • Identify potential advertisers for Snapchat Pixel implementation.
    • Explain the solution and address initial inquiries.
    • Fill out our standardized requirement form with accurate advertiser information, website details, and specific goals.
    • Obtain verbal confirmation of interest and next steps.

 

Automated Lead Qualification & Forwarding:

  • Datahash Team:
    • Automated Review of complete requirement forms for feasibility and completeness.
    • Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., budget, technical requirements).

 

Advertiser Onboarding & Implementation:

  • Datahash Team:
    • Conduct a welcome call with the advertiser, confirming goals, project details and execution steps.
    • Clarify information from the requirement form.
    • Share technical needs and access requirements for implementation.
    • In case additional scope identified
      • Provide a detailed quote if additional costs or out-of-scope work is identified.
      • Obtain advertiser approval for scope of work, timelines, and costs (if applicable).
    • Implement CAPI on onboarding call using the most suitable method (manual code, tag manager, CMS plugin).
      • Sub domain mapping
      • Connector configurations in Datahash Platform
      • Automated NeoTag setup on Call using GTM Migrator

 

Quality Assurance & Closure:

  • Datahash Team:
    • Conduct rigorous testing with Snapchat Pixel Helper and other tools to ensure accuracy and functionality.
    • Optimize code and ensure compliance with best practices.
    • Ensure detailed & clear pixel + CAPI implementation
    • Ensure highest possible EQS for CAPI
    • Launch the pixel + CAPI, verify functionality with the advertiser

 

Update Snapchat Team

o   Update final closure status on regular basis with quality metrics to Snapchat Team

 

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Datahash Team:
    • Monitor pixel performance for the first 30 days, reporting any discrepancies or optimization opportunities.
    • Offer support to both Snapchat Team and the advertiser for questions or troubleshooting.
