At present, our pricing plans for single channels start from 100K events a month.
What are the modes of payment available?
You can opt for either monthly billing (via CC) or an annual subscription where you will get a 2 months discount on the final pricing.
Will I get an intimation/reminder whenever my subscription are going to get expired?
Yes, our CSM team will reach out to you for renewal of your subscription.
What I want to stop the CAPI in between?
Please reach out to DataHash support support@datahash.com citing the reason for stopping CAPI and our team will take the necessary action.
How can I change my payment method?

Can I track the usage/ event count?
No, currently it is not available.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
You can reach out to your CSM or write at support@datahash.com with request to upgrade your subscription.
Does our CAPI setup get auto paused once we reach the allowed event volume threshold?
No
Do we get any alert / notification when we reach our event volume threshold?
No, for the moment you do not receive any such notification. However, our team will reach out to you in case you incurred an overage.
